Pleasant Grove is warning residents that UDOT could potentially use eminent domain to widen Geneva Road.Geneva Road may be widened to seven lanes through Pleasant Grove, Lindon, Orem and Vineyard, said Pleasant Grove city administrator Frank Mills in a recent meeting of the City Council.
