EURid Registrar Advisory Board Established

Brussels, 7 October 2008 – EURid, the European registry for .eu, is pleased to announce that the new EURid Registrar Advisory Board will meet for the first day that week. Representatives from nine accredited .eu registrars from nine different countries manufacture up the new board, which will advise EURid on issues urgent to the registrar community.
“EURid welcomes the input that our new advisory board will supply,” said Marc Van Wesemael, EURid’s General Manager. “Each representative brings experience and perspective that will be valuable to the future development of .eu as registrations grow to three million and beyond.”
